With more and more bridging loan lenders joining the market, rates moving regularly and everybody claiming to release funds quickly, finding the best deal has never been more tricky.
We may be biased but we think there are hundreds of reasons you could benefit from working with us! In today’s blog we will run through five reasons why you should work with ABC Finance when looking to take out a bridging loan.
We find the best bridging loan for you
We work with lenders from across the market to secure the lowest rates for our clients. Our advisors take down the details of your application during the initial call and then negotiate the lowest rates from across the market for you.
We provide full terms in writing within two hours of your enquiry. By choosing to contact lenders yourself, you would be hard pressed to find the lowest bridging loan rate in that time.
Your dedicated advisor manages the process from start to finish
From the first conversation right through to completion, your advisor manages your bridging loan application for you. They are on hand to discuss progress and work with you and the lender to complete the application as quickly as possible.
Your advisor will fully understand your application and will work alongside our dedicated underwriting team. Together they will focus on completing your loan in the shortest possible time.
We are totally independent
We don’t have ties to any lender and focus solely on securing the best bridging loans for you. We don’t just place your application with a lender, we negotiate the terms, trying to save you money on their standard rates.
On top of negotiating the rates, other issues can be discussed such as the amount of security required, the maximum loan and legal indemnity policies.
We don’t charge broker fees
Bridging Finance can be expensive. Interest is charged monthly and lender arrangement fees, valuation fees and legal charges can add up to a significant amount.
Our job and as independent bridging finance brokers is to save you money and secure you the best deal, quickly. We take our job seriously and as such won’t charge you a broker fee to arrange your bridging loan.
Many bridging loan brokers charge a fee of between 1-2% for arranging finance. We don’t charge clients a fee, instead receiving our fee from the lender. In rare circumstances where the loan is particularly complex and under £100,000, or the lender doesn’t pay us, we may charge a small fee on completion, which would be disclosed upfront.
By working with ABC Finance Ltd you get a premium service, without the premium pricing.
We have been established since 2000 and are fully FCA authorised
Bridging finance is usually time sensitive and both lenders and brokers tend to understate the time taken to complete an application. When there is a deadline for the funds, you need to know you’re working with a broker that you can trust.
As FCA regulated brokers who have been established since the year 2000, our experience of the bridging finance market is priceless when looking for the most suitable product. Although we are acting as an intermediary between you and the lender, ultimately we are on your side in that our sole aim is to find you the best product.
An advantage of using an experienced broker is exactly that, experience. When funds are either needed quickly or you are interest rate conscious, that experience is crucial. We know which lenders will be able to perform as promised, and which lenders won’t.
Whether you’re looking to take out bridging finance against residential property, commercial buildings or even land, we can help. We work with lenders across the whole market and pride ourselves on finding the best deal for our clients.
