Moving the mortgage to a new lender at this stage would increase the clients monthly outgoings due to the increase in the Bank Of England Base Rate between the mortgage being taken out and the time of application.
The solution

We worked closely with client to obtain all documents needed for the application and liaised with the lender to repay all the debt directly saving the client the worry of having to repay these herself.
